Overview
Below are the extra fees that may apply during or after your rental. We will advise you of any applicable fee and charge it directly to the card or bank account you have on file. Fees may still apply after return for fines or damage found later (clause 5.5).
We prefer full payment to be processed immediately. If we are unable to process the full amount (for example because of insufficient funds on the card), we may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, agree to a short payment plan. Payment plans are not automatic and will only be considered where you contact us promptly. Unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed by us in writing, we expect the full amount to be paid within 7 days.

Notes for Riders
- Fair wear and tear is never charged.
- Damage to other vehicles or property is your responsibility (clauses 9.1 and 11.1).
- We will advise you of any fee and charge the card or bank account on file. Full payment is expected immediately or within 7 days unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
