Most services are completed within an hour. If extra time’s needed, we’ll provide a replacement bike so you can stay on the road.

Will I be charged for tyres?
No, unless the tyre damage is caused by misuse, such as burnouts or running over sharp objects.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can manage your booking through your confirmation email or contact us directly.
What if I break down after hours?
Text us for roadside assistance and we’ll organise support or a replacement bike to get you moving again.
Will I get reminders for my next service?
No - You'll need to check the sticker under your seat to see when your next service will be and book it in via our website.
